  • How do I place an order?
    Please review all of the Important Information listed on the "Important Information" page. Once completed, you can click on any of the services listed on the "Our Services" page to begin your order! Please email, text, or call us with any questions you may have!   • When should I place my order?
    Please send all orders with 5 days advanced notice. If you need groceries and it is within the 5 day window, please contact us to see if we can fit you into our schedule. We make every effort to shop all orders submitted!
  • What fees do you charge for grocery orders?
    For Stocked Kitchen orders, the fee is 40% of the total order amount with a minimum service charge of $140. A 5% credit card processing fee will be charged on all transactions. Unlike our competitors, we do not charge any 'reservation fees' or extra 'delivery fees' for grocery orders!
  • Can I change or add/remove items from my order once emailed?
    Yes, please email us at NorthCaptivaGroceries@gmail.com or text/call us at 239-464-8111 with your changes. Please note, if the order has already been shopped and packed, substitutions/changes will not be possible.
  • The item I want doesn't appear on your form, am I still able to order it?
    Yes! For all items that do not appear on the grocery order form, please enter them in the Special Requests area of the order form. Please keep in mind that not all items are available and brands may differ depending what part of the country you normally shop for groceries.
  • What if an item I want is not available?
    Our team will do our best to accommodate and find the best, closest substitution for you. For anything that we cannot find that is close to the item you requested, we will contact you and ask how you would like for us to proceed.
  • Can I order groceries on a Holiday?
    We are not able to deliver groceries on Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day as Publix is closed on these three days. All grocery shopping will be done at Publix at Coral Shores as this location specializes in packing the groceries with coolers and dry ice for the ferry ride to the island. All other holidays are open and available for deliveries!
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    Please review the cancellation policy that is listed on the "Important Information" page.
